ABOUT THE PRACTICE
What is a Gatha?
A Gatha is a short verse we can return to during an everyday activity—a reminder to pause and be present. It is a practice rooted in the Buddhist tradition.
Gathas at Work brings that invitation into meetings, messages, unfinished work, and the moments in between. The focus is how we meet those moments: with attention, care, and connection.
